Roaches enter to seek shelter, food, and water. They can easily pass through cracks and crevices around doors, windows, and vents. Basement windows, garages, kitchens, and bathrooms are common entryways and areas where you may find them. Roaches prefer areas where water and food is present, so it important to keep these areas clean. Pet bowls should be put out for feeding and taken up immediately after. Daily removal of trash and food debris helps keep roaches out. It is important to keep perishables and open food put away in bins or containers. Cleaning under appliances, wiping counters and surfaces down and vacuuming and removing any dead roaches in between treatments makes elimination so much quicker.
